Otto Rank returns to us after a multi-year expedition of the remote and seldom-witnessed regions of The Mind. During this voyage, Dr. Rank confirmed suspicions that common consciousness is an artificially contained sphere (indeed, self-contained), with borders made of thin but toughened strips of naugahyde, stitched haphazardly together with rusted metal wire.

Dr. Rank was unphased by this poorly quilted construct. The thickest of gloves were strapped on tightly, and the deconstruction process began in earnest.

Act 1 of this recorded volume is comprised of field recordings capturing the sound produced when the metal wires were torn up from their seams.

Act 2 consists of Dr. Rank's commentary as the toughened strips drifted away, revealing what lay beyond, and the newly illuminated strata was explored.
